The second choice material has an absolutely
guaranteed chemical composition, which is not different from the one of the prime
quality material. This makes it a cheaper alternative for applications,
where slight deviations are acceptable. These deviations may be light surface
scratches or thickness out of tolerance within a couple of microns (example:
thickness 1.98 mm instead of 2.0 mm).
